By accessing or using Reservoir ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Reservoir is an AI-powered image library for design professionals. The Service allows you to upload, organize, search, and manage design reference images with AI-powered tagging.
You must sign in with a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.
You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process (including AI analysis), and display your images back to you as part of the Service. We do not use your images for any other purpose.
You agree not to:
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can cancel at any time from your Settings page. Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current period.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
