When you use Reservoir, we collect the following information:
- Account information: Your name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth.
- Images: The images you upload to the Service.
- AI analysis data: Tags and metadata generated by analyzing your images.
- Usage data: Upload counts, feature usage, and billing information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the Service
- To analyze your images using AI and generate tags
- To process payments through Stripe
- To communicate with you about your account
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google OAuth: For authentication. We receive your name, email, and profile picture. We do not access your Google Drive, contacts, or other Google data.
- Anthropic (Claude): For AI image analysis. Your images are sent to Anthropic's API for one-time analysis. Anthropic does not use your images for training.
- Cloudflare R2: For secure image storage. Images are stored in Cloudflare's global network.
- Stripe: For payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data securely. We do not store your credit card information.
- Neon: For database hosting. Your account data and image metadata are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon.
4. Data Security
Your images are private and only accessible to you. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We do not sell, share, or make your images available to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., sending images to Anthropic for AI analysis).
5. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as you maintain an active account. If you delete your account, we will delete your images and associated data within 30 days. AI-generated tags and metadata are deleted along with your images.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your images
- Object to processing of your data
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Service.
